What you will do

• Maintain telecommunications systems and resolve operational occurrences.
• Perform deep analysis of SIP protocol for troubleshooting and performance monitoring.
• Provide advanced telephony support for end customers and operations.
• Collect and analyze event logs and traces to resolve system issues.
• Monitor telecom networks, gateways, SBCs, and cloud instances.
• Manage alarms and operate telecom devices via monitoring platforms.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in configuring and troubleshooting voice applications.
• Knowledge of IP/Voice telecommunications infrastructure and TCP/IP protocols.
• Experience with TDM and NGN Telephony Networks.
• Proficiency in SIP signaling and VoIP equipment installation.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk, Zabbix, and SolarWinds.
• Completed or ongoing higher education in Technology, Networks, or Telecommunications.
