What you will do
- Partner with GTM leadership to develop strategic initiatives, annual planning, market segmentation, and organizational design.
- Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives to improve GTM effectiveness, scalability, and customer outcomes.
- Design and implement technology-enabled solutions, automated workflows, and AI capabilities to improve productivity.
- Build and optimize integrations across GTM systems to create seamless end-to-end processes.
- Improve revenue processes, forecasting capabilities, and overall business performance visibility.
- Establish scalable systems, governance frameworks, and data quality improvements to support global growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy, Revenue Operations, or GTM Operations.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and modern GTM technology ecosystems.
- Proven track record of leading complex cross-functional transformation initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with experience developing executive-level reporting and business recommendations.
- Must be based in North America, United Kingdom, or Germany.
