TL;DR

What you will do

  • Partner with GTM leadership to develop strategic initiatives, annual planning, market segmentation, and organizational design.
  • Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives to improve GTM effectiveness, scalability, and customer outcomes.
  • Design and implement technology-enabled solutions, automated workflows, and AI capabilities to improve productivity.
  • Build and optimize integrations across GTM systems to create seamless end-to-end processes.
  • Improve revenue processes, forecasting capabilities, and overall business performance visibility.
  • Establish scalable systems, governance frameworks, and data quality improvements to support global growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy, Revenue Operations, or GTM Operations.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and modern GTM technology ecosystems.
  • Proven track record of leading complex cross-functional transformation initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience developing executive-level reporting and business recommendations.
  • Must be based in North America, United Kingdom, or Germany.
