What you will do

  • Administer and optimize the core sales tech stack, including Gong Engage, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Nooks, and Chili Piper.
  • Design and operationalize GTM workflows across the customer lifecycle to drive pipeline and net retention.
  • Serve as the primary operational point of contact for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
  • Maintain the technical health and configuration of QuotaPath and Gong Forecasting tools.
  • Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for Salesforce implementation.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Ops within a B2B SaaS company.
  • Hands-on experience administering sales tools such as Gong or ZoomInfo.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce, including report building and data flow management.
  • Strong process orientation with the ability to document and optimize workflows.
  • Must be based in Washington, DC for hybrid work.

Nice to have

  • Experience with sales engagement tools like Nooks, Outreach, or Salesloft.
  • Exposure to intent and buying signal tools such as Demandbase or 6sense.
  • Experience supporting compensation plan administration in QuotaPath or CaptivateIQ.
  • Salesforce Admin certification.
