What you will do

• Architect and operate the GTM technology stack, including CRM and revenue tooling.
• Design and deploy agentic AI workflows for forecasting and pipeline management.
• Build data models for revenue performance management and planning across enterprise sales motions.
• Develop AI-driven reporting and recommendations for commercial leadership.
• Align data flows cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance to ensure a single source of truth.

Requirements

• Experience scaling CRM and GTM systems in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of deploying AI/LLM-powered systems or agent workflows that improve revenue operations.
• Ability to be both strategic and hands-on in building production-grade systems.
• Strong analytical skills for building end-to-end automation pipelines and data models.
• Must be based in New York (Hybrid: 2 days onsite per week)
