TL;DR

GTM Engineer (RevOps): Designing and scaling revenue-generating systems and workflows for a high-growth Fintech business with an accent on CRM integration, automation, and AI-driven commercial intelligence. Focus on building a GTM engineering function from the ground up to optimize the entire revenue lifecycle and improve forecasting accuracy.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to London for hybrid work (2-3 days per week in office)

Salary: £100,000 – £150,000

What you will do

  • Build and optimize revenue-generating systems across sales, marketing, and customer functions.
  • Design scalable automations to eliminate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Create robust integrations between CRM, marketing, analytics, and commercial platforms.
  • Develop AI-powered workflows to enhance commercial decision-making.
  • Build intelligence models to improve pipeline visibility, deal prioritization, and forecasting accuracy.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in RevOps, Sales Operations, Growth Operations, or GTM Systems roles.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce and associated GTM tooling.
  • Experience working with APIs, automation platforms, integrations, or low-code solutions.
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of revenue funnels and pipeline management.
  • Ability to translate business challenges into scalable technical solutions.
