Salary: $115,000 - $175,000 USD

What you will do

• Serve as a trusted advisor to Revenue and Executive leadership, driving growth through actionable insights and financial rigor.
• Cultivate cross-departmental partnerships with Marketing, Finance, Product, and GTM teams to propel strategic initiatives.
• Transform GTM data into actionable strategic insights and persuasive presentations for executive leadership.
• Optimize territory models, planning and forecasting processes, and headcount/capacity plans.
• Collaborate with Analytics and BI teams to design dashboards for performance, productivity, and pipeline visibility.
• Leverage AI and emerging technologies to optimize revenue processes and accelerate sales cycles.

Requirements

• 5+ years of GTM Strategy & Operations experience with a strong understanding of SaaS business models.
• Strong analytical skills and high proficiency in SQL with hands-on experience in Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses.
• Experience with BI Tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Sisense for data visualization.
• Proven ability to engage and communicate effectively at the executive and C-level.
• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, Economics, or equivalent practical experience.
• Must be based in one of the specified US office locations.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Python scripting for data processing and workflow automation.
• Expertise in dbt for end-to-end pipeline management, including modeling and transformation.
