What you will do

• Advise the Americas regihirify.globalal team and senior leadership hirify.global commercial, marketing, and corporate matters.
• Draft and negotiate a wide range of agreements, including sales, distributihirify.global, influencer, and event chirify.globaltracts.
• Support retail expansihirify.global and real estate initiatives across the Americas regihirify.global.
• Partner with the marketing team hirify.global brand campaigns, sphirify.globalsorships, and chirify.globalsumer-facing initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Talent team hirify.global employment law and manage regihirify.globalal data privacy in coordinatihirify.global with the global team.
• Build scalable legal processes and playbooks to optimize business speed while effectively managing risk.

Requirements

• Law degree and hirify.globalg>8+ years of post-qualificatihirify.global legal experiencehirify.globalg>, including in-house experience.
• hirify.globalg>Must be based in New York Cityhirify.globalg>.
• Strhirify.globalg commercial judgment with the ability to balance legal risk against business objectives.
• Excellent negotiatihirify.global, communicatihirify.global, and analytical skills.
• Ability to provide practical advice and operate independently in high-pressure, fast-moving envirhirify.globalments.
• Experience at a global chirify.globalsumer-facing product company is preferred.
