What you will do

• Lead the drafting, negotiation, and management of complex technology and operational agreements.
• Provide strategic legal advice on business initiatives, projects, and commercial transactions.
• Identify and mitigate legal and regulatory risks across technology and operations activities.
• Advise on contracts relating to software, infrastructure, connectivity, and enterprise systems.
• Manage relationships, scope, and costs associated with external legal advisors.
• Mentor junior legal staff and contribute to internal governance frameworks and policies.

Requirements

• Qualification as a Solicitor with approximately 4–6 years' PQE.
• Significant experience in corporate, commercial, technology, or telecommunications law.
• Proven expertise in drafting and negotiating complex technology agreements.
• Working knowledge of GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018, and privacy compliance.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Leeds, UK.
