What you will do
- Perform Install Base maintenance and create safety inspection tickets.
- Coordinate communication between branch operations and regional dispatch, including on-call lists and scheduling.
- Manage manual payroll entry, DVR processing, and cost corrections.
- Handle parts requisitions, receiving, and invoice review via Oracle.
- Generate operational reports for service managers, including account history and billable calls.
- Administer vehicle management via LeasePlan and handle badging and uniform orders.
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent technical certification.
- Prior experience in basic business administration (3-6 months) or elevator-specific admin work.
- Knowledge of Oracle databases is preferred.
- Ability to occasionally lift and move up to 20 pounds.
- Must be located in or be able to work onsite in Miami, Florida
