What you will do

  • Perform Install Base maintenance and create safety inspection tickets.
  • Coordinate communication between branch operations and regional dispatch, including on-call lists and scheduling.
  • Manage manual payroll entry, DVR processing, and cost corrections.
  • Handle parts requisitions, receiving, and invoice review via Oracle.
  • Generate operational reports for service managers, including account history and billable calls.
  • Administer vehicle management via LeasePlan and handle badging and uniform orders.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent technical certification.
  • Prior experience in basic business administration (3-6 months) or elevator-specific admin work.
  • Knowledge of Oracle databases is preferred.
  • Ability to occasionally lift and move up to 20 pounds.
  • Must be located in or be able to work onsite in Miami, Florida
