Location: Must be based in Miami, Florida and work full-time from an hirify.global-designated worksite.

What you will do

• Track internal and external client project requests and maintain project documentation.
• Coordinate small-scale projects, including kickoff meetings, delivery logistics, and on-site installation.
• Maintain the master activities calendar and track team time-off requests.
• Support Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) activities, including risk assessments and chemical reporting.
• Collaborate with shop leadership on purchase orders, invoice processing, and budget allocation reviews.
• Facilitate communication between shop management, area leads, and operations partners.

Requirements

• Must be based in Miami, Florida.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Minimum one year of administrative or sourcing experience in construction or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in logistics coordination and small-scale project management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with digital tools like Smartsheet.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays in a 24/7 production environment.
