What you will do

• Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the facility, exercising independent judgment on non-routine matters.
• Direct office administration, facility management, and vendor relationships to ensure efficient operations.
• Coordinate logistics for company events, executive meetings, and customer engagements.
• Serve as a key liaison across operations, engineering, manufacturing, and leadership teams.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and independently implement process improvements.
• Handle sensitive information with a high level of discretion and professionalism.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in operations, executive support, or office management.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident due to ITAR/EAR export control regulations.
• Proven ability to perform non-routine work with minimal supervision.
• Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills.
• Ability to navigate indoor and outdoor facilities and lift up to 25 lbs.
