What you will do
- Coordinate logistics for conferences, conventions, and company events.
- Manage event materials, SWAG inventory, and gift programs.
- Assist with vendor coordination and travel arrangements.
- Provide project management and administrative support for the events team.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure successful event execution.
Requirements
- US Work Authorization required (no sponsorship provided).
- Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of related experience.
- Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and travel up to 15% of the time.
- Typing speed of 40 WPM or higher.

- Familiarity with Monday.com or other project management tools.
- Prior experience in vendor management.
