What you will do

• Drive revenue growth and manage the branch’s P&L to exceed business goals.
• Supervise department managers and superintendents, providing direction and training.
• Lead the company’s safety program and foster a culture of professionalism and ownership.
• Oversee retention of service contracts and manage "at risk" customer accounts.
• Develop relationships with clients, elevator consultants, and building owners.
• Manage employee performance processes for both union and non-union staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Thorough knowledge of general management methods in the elevator or related industries.
• Proven success managing and developing talent within the workforce.
• Ability to analyze data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to interpret complex technical instructions and mathematical diagrams.
