What you will do

• Provide strategic direction and tactical leadership for the Mickey Thompson organization.
• Drive results through a cross-functional team of Sales, Operations, Distribution, Product Development, and Marketing leaders.
• Own and evolve the brand strategy and customer experience to achieve annual operating plans.
• Coach, mentor, and develop the leadership team to ensure strong succession planning.
• Identify and build relationships with key stakeholders, customers, and partners.
• Ensure organizational operations align with global brand strategy and financial goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 14+ years of experience in Sales or Management.
• Proven experience managing profit and loss (P&L) for a business or segment.
• Demonstrated success in leading, developing, and motivating cross-functional teams.
• Experience working with large strategic customers at senior levels.
• Thorough knowledge of the performance, enthusiast, and motorsports industry.
