What you will do

• Maintain full accountability for business growth, profitability, and contribution margin.
• Lead cross-functional teams including Sales, Product Management, Finance, and Engineering.
• Develop and execute global new product development (NPD) launch plans.
• Act as the voice of the customer to inform business strategy and market penetration.
• Drive mid-term strategy, business development, and market prioritization.
• Represent the product line in major operating reviews and strategic planning sessions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in product line management, marketing, or operations within the manufacturing or plumbing industry.
• Proven P&L management experience with strong operational and financial acumen.
• Ability to work onsite in Oviedo, FL, Monday through Friday.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
