Salary: $100,000 – $140,000

What you will do
- Lead national growth for commercial opening price point architectural hardware for the Lawrence Hardware brand portfolio.
- Develop and manage relationships with Contract Hardware Distributors to address budget-sensitive commercial projects.
- Serve as a solutions expert for hardware and the online ordering Webshop.
- Educate channel partners and deliver technical presentations and training content to groups of all sizes.
- Coordinate and attend local, regional, and national tradeshow events.
- Utilize CRM to record activities, coordinate project opportunities, and update sales reports.
Requirements
- Based in the contiguous US within 1 hour of a major airport.
- Ability to travel up to 60% of the time.
- 5–7 years of related business experience in the security industry, preferably in architectural hardware.
- Bachelor’s degree in building design, engineering, architecture, construction, business management, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs of sample and display material for events.
Nice to have
- Working knowledge of industry-related software such as BIM, REVIT, CAD, or Bluebeam.
