TL;DR

What you will do

  • Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the AEC vertical.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to contract closure.
  • Attend industry conferences and networking events to generate high-quality leads.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data and CRM hygiene using GoHighLevel.
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine sales processes and improve conversion strategies.
  • Implement AI-powered workflows to increase speed and agility in the sales process.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States with authorization to work.
  • Minimum 5 years of successful field sales experience in MSP, IT consulting, or AEC-related services.
  • Proven track record of closing net-new business in a consultative, multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Strong technical aptitude to discuss complex IT and cybersecurity solutions.
  • Demonstrated pipeline discipline and CRM management skills.
  • Willingness to travel 10-20% for industry events and client meetings.
