What you will do
- Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the AEC vertical.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to contract closure.
- Attend industry conferences and networking events to generate high-quality leads.
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and CRM hygiene using GoHighLevel.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine sales processes and improve conversion strategies.
- Implement AI-powered workflows to increase speed and agility in the sales process.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States with authorization to work.
- Minimum 5 years of successful field sales experience in MSP, IT consulting, or AEC-related services.
- Proven track record of closing net-new business in a consultative, multi-stakeholder environment.
- Strong technical aptitude to discuss complex IT and cybersecurity solutions.
- Demonstrated pipeline discipline and CRM management skills.
- Willingness to travel 10-20% for industry events and client meetings.
