TL;DR

Regional Sales Manager (Intercom & Access Control): Driving sales growth and partner development for security solutions across Canada with an accent on building relationships with integration partners and A&E specifiers. Location: Must be based in Canada (Vancouver, BC; GTA, ON; or Montreal, QC)

Compensation: $145,000–$170,000 (Base + Commission)

What you will do

  • Create and execute a regional business plan to exceed sales and margin targets.
  • Develop and grow key integration partners to drive product usage among end users.
  • Cultivate relationships with A&E specifiers to secure product specifications in project-based opportunities.
  • Manage relationships with distribution branches supporting the product portfolio.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and pipeline reporting using Salesforce.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Canada with the ability to travel 50-60% of the time.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a sales-driven position.
  • Strong technical background and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Proven ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
  • Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
