Compensation: $145,000–$170,000 (Base + Commission)

What you will do
- Create and execute a regional business plan to exceed sales and margin targets.
- Develop and grow key integration partners to drive product usage among end users.
- Cultivate relationships with A&E specifiers to secure product specifications in project-based opportunities.
- Manage relationships with distribution branches supporting the product portfolio.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and pipeline reporting using Salesforce.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
Requirements
- Must be based in Canada with the ability to travel 50-60% of the time.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a sales-driven position.
- Strong technical background and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
- Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
