What you will do

• Own the end-to-end delivery of the product roadmap, translating strategic objectives into executable program plans.
• Drive the Content @ Scale implementation initiative to enable high-volume, repeatable content releases.
• Lead cross-functional execution across product, engineering, QA, compliance, and business units.
• Identify and mitigate risks, bottlenecks, and delivery constraints across multiple workstreams.
• Establish program governance, delivery cadence, and decision-making forums.
• Communicate progress, dependencies, and risks clearly to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience leading large-scale technical or product programs in complex environments.
• Proven track record delivering business-critical programs involving product, engineering, and operational teams.
• Must be authorized to work in the UK as no visa sponsorship is available.
• Strong experience managing multiple parallel workstreams and senior stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of modern software delivery, agile methodologies, and platform-based architectures.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.

Nice to have

• Background in the iGaming industry, aggregation, or regulated technology environments.
• PMP, PgMP, or similar professional certification.
