TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (London, UK) - requires in-person presence 3+ days a week in the Blackfriars office.

What you will do
- Deliver transformation programmes within the TMO framework, ensuring tactical execution aligns with strategic outcomes.
- Manage the implementation of ERP and CRM systems across multiple international user groups.
- Drive transformational change enablement, focusing on people change, learning, and user adoption.
- Coordinate dependencies and resolve risks across various workstreams and cross-functional teams.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather requirements, validate solutions, and drive decision-making.
- Establish governance frameworks, reporting cadences, and team ceremonies to structure complex delivery environments.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Programme Delivery or Transformation Management roles.
- Hands-on experience with ERP or CRM system implementations across international locations.
- Proven track record of delivering complex programmes involving people change and adoption activities.
- Practical experience applying Agile methodologies and ceremonies in a delivery context.
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills for engaging senior stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Technical).
Nice to have
- Familiarity with ADKAR or similar change management frameworks.
- Experience in media, publishing, events, or B2B information services.
- Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum Master, Agile Practitioner).
