What you will do

• Lead complex business transformation programmes from initiation to benefits realisation.
• Manage and develop Project Managers, providing coaching and formal performance management.
• Engage and present updates to senior stakeholders, including Executive and Board levels.
• Oversee governance frameworks, RAID management, and risk mitigation strategies across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Drive the delivery of PruFund on 3rd party platforms to support ambitious growth agendas.
• Champion the use of delivery tools like Jira to enable data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Programme Manager or Senior Project Manager delivering complex projects.
• Experience in line management and developing delivery teams.
• Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management skills for engaging senior leaders and external vendors.
• Experience owning delivery artefacts and reporting for governance forums.
• Must be based in or able to work from London.

Nice to have

• Financial Services change experience, specifically in Life & Pensions.
• Experience in Marketing & Digital change.
• Advanced proficiency with Jira.
