What you will do

• Support the delivery of programme activities across defined workstreams.
• Assist in programme planning, scheduling, and budgeting processes.
• Track progress, risks, dependencies, and issues to ensure project alignment.
• Coordinate engineering and cross-functional activities.
• Maintain programme documentation and governance records.
• Communicate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure project success.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Tewkesbury, UK.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance.
• Experience in project or programme coordination or delivery support.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured environment.
• Degree in Engineering or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Exposure to aerospace or complex engineering environments.
• Knowledge of Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with basic budgeting or reporting tools.
• Proficiency in MS Office and standard programme management software.
