What you will do
- Define and manage the global strategy for the preferred executive search firm ecosystem, including selection and deployment.
- Oversee agency-led search execution to ensure high-quality, business-aligned candidate slates.
- Manage commercial governance, including SOWs, contracts, purchase orders, and search spend optimization.
- Implement SLAs and KPIs to track vendor performance and ROI via data dashboards.
- Lead change management and transformation to standardize global governance processes.
- Optimize executive search agency workflows and system enablement using Workday ATS and Encore CRM.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in executive search operations, vendor management, or recruitment program leadership.
- Proven track record of managing complex global programs with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen for managing budgets and vendor spend.
- Experience defining governance frameworks (SLAs, KPIs) and translating recruiting data into insights.
- Proficiency with ATS (Workday) and CRM systems to manage pipelines and reporting.
- Must be based in the United Kingdom

- Experience transforming executive search vendor models at a global enterprise level.
- Background partnering with Procurement and Legal on contract negotiations.
- Experience driving change management initiatives across distributed global teams.
