Salary: $175,200 - $262,800

What you will do

• Define and execute the Azure cloud platform strategy and product roadmap across the enterprise.
• Manage the FinOps strategy, ensuring senior leadership has visibility into cloud spend and optimization opportunities.
• Partner with Business Units to plan and execute the modernization of critical workloads.
• Lead and mentor a global team of Public Cloud Architects and Engineers.
• Develop reusable architecture patterns and automate delivery processes to scale across environments.
• Coordinate with Finance and Procurement to forecast spend and recover costs effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 7+ years of professional experience (or 5+ years with an advanced degree).
• 5+ years of managerial experience.
• Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization.
• Must be able to work onsite 4 days a week at the Mounds View, Minnesota facility.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of experience with public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and 2+ years with FinOps practices.
• Proficiency with Terraform, GitLab, or other Infrastructure-as-Code tools.
• Certifications in AWS Solutions Architect Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or FOCP.
• Experience with PowerBI, Jira, and managing product backlogs.
• Background in leading global, matrixed organizations with onshore/offshore team structures.
• Experience enabling AI/ML or GenAI workloads on cloud platforms.
