What you will do

• Manage and lead two Scrum development teams consisting of software engineers and QA analysts.
• Partner with Product Managers and Tech Leads to estimate, refine, and prioritize project roadmaps.
• Sponsor technical design reviews for high-impact features and infrastructure changes.
• Ensure all engineering work meets enterprise-grade standards including SOC 2, HIPAA, and BSA.
• Foster an inclusive team environment while maintaining high standards for code quality and performance.
• Serve as the primary engineering point of contact for product and design counterparts.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Minimum 8 years of hands-on software development experience.
• At least 4 years of people management experience in a cross-functional environment.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience using AI tools like Cursor, Claude, or Copilot.
• Intimate knowledge and experience with C#/.NET (4.5+).
• Demonstrated proficiency in React.js and Angular.js.
• Experience working with Microsoft and Azure SQL.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience navigating web scalability challenges and patterns.
• Familiarity with US electoral politics, campaign finance, and disclosure.
• Knowledge of the social good industry and its key business targets.
