What you will do

• Lead end-to-end onboarding of SaaS vendors, including security reviews, risk assessments, and legal contract coordination.
• Maintain strategic vendor relationships, handling day-to-day communications, issue resolution, and performance tracking.
• Own the Revenue Operations technology budget, tracking OPEX and partnering with Finance for forecasting and cost optimization.
• Coordinate purchase orders and invoice processing with Finance and Accounts Payable to prevent service disruptions.
• Partner with Product and GTM Technology teams to procure new tools, evaluate vendor capabilities, and manage license expansion.
• Act as the connective layer between Revenue Operations, GTM Technology, Procurement, Legal, Risk, and Finance.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, sourcing, or technology operations.
• Proven experience managing SaaS vendors, contracts, and licensing models.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, financial forecasting, and PO/invoice workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and coordinate with complex cross-functional stakeholders.
• Location: Must be based in Atlanta, GA, Oklahoma City, OK, or Tempe, AZ

Nice to have

• Experience working within Revenue Operations or GTM Technology environments.
• Familiarity with vendor risk and compliance processes and GRC tools.
• Knowledge of financial systems such as Coupa, SAP, or Oracle.
