What you will do

• Design, architect, and deploy new Power BI dashboards to serve as the commercial source of truth.
• Analyze marketing data, lead generation metrics, and pipeline health to evaluate conversion rates across the sales organization.
• Leverage Salesforce (SFDC) data structures to connect data points seamlessly across the GTM funnel.
• Collaborate with global Revenue, Marketing, and Sales Operations teams to ensure data governance.
• Deliver actionable commercial insights to leadership to shape commercial strategies.

Requirements

• Analytical experience within a subscription-based business model (SaaS/B2B tech).
• Proven expertise with Salesforce CRM and advanced proficiency in building Power BI dashboards from scratch.
• Strong understanding of marketing metrics, pipeline reporting, and multi-tier sales conversion logic.
• Must be based within a commutable distance to the Barcelona office.
• Ability to work autonomously and keep remote stakeholders aligned.
