What you will do

• Lead operational initiatives across servicing, collections, member support, and disputes.
• Develop and optimize operational workflows, controls, SLAs, and governance processes for consumer lending.
• Manage credit bureau reporting (Metro 2), furnishing controls, and borrower remediation activities.
• Ensure compliance with FCRA, CDIA, UDAAP, and partner-bank requirements.
• Oversee relationships and performance monitoring for servicing vendors, collection agencies, and BPOs.
• Support the implementation and operational testing of new lending products and releases.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in consumer lending, servicing, and collections operations.
• Strong knowledge of FCRA, FDCPA, ECOA, UDAAP, and consumer lending regulatory requirements.
• Experience with Metro 2 furnishing, consumer reporting operations, and dispute management.
• Proven track record of managing operational escalations and remediation efforts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
