What you will do

• Lead cross-functional global teams to deliver critical solutions to world-leading Market Infrastructure Operators.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, including overall planning, budgeting, and follow-up.
• Handle stakeholder management and reporting to internal and external steering committees.
• Oversee progress reporting, quality assurance, and risk mitigation actions.
• Mentor and lead other Project Managers to develop the overall project management team.

Requirements

• 12+ years of overall professional experience.
• At least 5 years in a Technology & Project Management role.
• Proven track record of delivering large, complex technical projects from initial budgeting to customer acceptance.
• Experience leading other Project Managers in a Program Manager capacity.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Must be based in Mexico (Hybrid work model)

Nice to have

• Experience with both Agile and traditional Waterfall project methodologies.
• Previous background as a Developer, Business Analyst, or Solution Architect.
• Experience with SaaS products.
• Experience managing agile projects as a Scrum Master.
