Salary: $200,000–$240,000 base

What you will do
- Build and expand relationships with independent broker dealers focused on private equity, private credit, real assets, and hedge fund strategies.
- Advise senior stakeholders on alternative investments and help integrate ’s platform into broader wealth offerings.
- Lead enterprise initiatives to drive adoption of ’s technology and investment solutions with scalability, compliance, and operational efficiency in mind.
- Identify and execute growth opportunities, including new product introductions, platform enhancements, and cross-channel collaboration.
- Partner with Sales, Investment Product, Technology, Legal, and Marketing to align client strategy and execution.
- Develop presentations and analysis to support client engagement, internal planning, and strategic decision-making; define and track KPIs with Client Solutions.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in relationship management, enterprise sales, or business development in alternative investments or fintech.
- Strong knowledge of private market strategies, fund structures, distribution models, and regulatory considerations.
- Proven ability to manage complex enterprise relationships across wealth management firms.
- Experience working with or within Independent Broker Dealers, RIAs, or wirehouse platforms.
- Track record of driving adoption of investment platforms or technology solutions with strategic thinking.
- Preferred: Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.
