What you will do

  • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle for Fi360 software, data tools, and designation products.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within target retirement-focused firms.
  • Present to C-level executives and lead complex contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate with internal sales teams to identify and execute enterprise-level opportunities.
  • Represent the company at key industry conferences and forums.
  • Maintain product fluency to align client needs with business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B sales experience, including 5+ years in SaaS or technology solutions.
  • Deep knowledge of the retirement or wealth industry with an established network.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding software sales quotas.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Ability to navigate large, matrixed organizations and align multiple stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client engagement.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling data and analytics platforms into enterprise retirement firms.
  • Exposure to advisor compensation platforms or BI/aggregation tools.
  • Strong business operator mindset.
