TL;DR

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 USD

What you will do

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with field distribution teams, home office leadership, and key decision-makers at partner firms.
  • Network extensively across the financial services landscape to identify new distribution opportunities and deepen existing partnerships.
  • Partner with hirify.global's sales and client success teams to align on go-to-market strategies.
  • Deliver compelling presentations of hirify.global's value proposition to field distribution audiences.
  • Drive lead generation and opportunity identification by maintaining strong communication channels with distribution teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required or relevant experience.
  • Proven track record in relationship management and networking within financial services.
  • Passion for financial technology and understanding of wealth management platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build credibility and trust across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Deep understanding of the financial advisory landscape, including broker-dealer and RIA distribution models.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to meet with distribution partners and attend industry events.

Nice to have

  • 5-7 years of experience in financial services, preferably in business development, distribution, wholesaling, or relationship management roles.
  • Established network within wealth management distribution channels.
  • Experience working with wealth management technology platforms or fintech solutions.
  • Expertise in utilizing CRM systems such as Salesforce to manage pipeline, track activities, and report on business development metrics.
  • Series 7 and/or Series 63 licenses preferred.
