Salary: $205,000 - $235,000 OTE

What you will do
- Spearhead expansion into the National and Regional Banking channel across North America.
- Identify, secure, and activate partnerships with major financial institutions to position the company as an embedded retirement layer.
- Lead the full partner engagement lifecycle from initial discovery and due diligence to commercial structuring and contracting.
- Conduct competitive analysis of the HCM market to build strategies that leverage technology as a core competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with product and development teams on integrations, enhancements, and API-driven financial products.
- Manage a transparent partner pipeline with accurate forecasting to support sustainable revenue growth.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, relationship management, or strategic partnerships within fintech, financial services, or SaaS.
- Deep understanding of the banking ecosystem, 401(k) plans, and digital banking infrastructure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Sales; MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record of closing complex enterprise deals and managing multi-stakeholder relationships.
- Exceptional executive-level presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
