What you will do

  • Lead the development and execution of the global content and social media strategy.
  • Oversee editorial and social media calendars to ensure alignment with business priorities.
  • Act as the final editorial gatekeeper to maintain brand voice and quality.
  • Author pillarstone and thought leadership content to position the company as an industry voice.
  • Embed AI tools and workflows to maximize productivity and accelerate production cycles.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the broader Content team.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in content marketing, editorial, or communications.
  • Proven track record in a leadership role with successful strategy execution.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with native-level English proficiency.
  • Deep understanding of social platforms, audience engagement, and emerging trends.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Solid understanding of SEO/AEO principles and AI-driven editorial workflows.

Nice to have

  • Background in B2B or SaaS/tech environments.
  • Experience managing creative or design teams.
