What you will do

- Author pillarstone and thought leadership content to position the company as an industry voice.
- Embed AI tools and workflows to maximize productivity and accelerate production cycles.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the broader Content team.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in content marketing, editorial, or communications.
- Proven track record in a leadership role with successful strategy execution.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with native-level English proficiency.
- Deep understanding of social platforms, audience engagement, and emerging trends.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform strategic decisions.
- Solid understanding of SEO/AEO principles and AI-driven editorial workflows.
