VP, Clinical Solutions Content

Location: Remote - USA - Nationwide; the role may also be performed from specified locations in France, Germany, and Spain. Full-time collaboration across global teams is required.

U.S. national base pay range: $136,100–$252,800 annually. Additional geographic ranges apply in the U.S. and selected European locations. The role is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.

What you will do

• Oversee global and local Clinical Solutions publishing programs across medical reference books and digital products.
• Develop content strategy, review proposals and financials, and maintain portfolio roadmaps.
• Build a pipeline of strategic programs and maximize content reuse across platforms.
• Partner with business units on electronic solutions, translations, and content localization.
• Monitor market dynamics, apply publishing best practices, and support portfolio and platform integration.
• Manage costs, gross-margin performance, reporting, and operational metrics.

Requirements

• Leadership experience managing digital content or publishing programs in a matrixed environment.
• Expertise in health-related disciplines; medical reference and clinical research experience is preferred.
• Strong financial acumen in budgeting, forecasting, and business-case development.
• Ability to influence and partner with stakeholders across functions and regions.
• Experience coaching team members and supporting professional growth.
• High emotional intelligence and strong collaboration skills across diverse cultures.
