What you will do
- Identify and convert strategic partnerships with RIA Aggregators, Broker/Dealers, TPAs, and Payroll Providers.
- Manage a robust retirement plan sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and cold calling.
- Consult with prospects on plan features and types to align with their business goals.
- Deliver expert product demonstrations and serve as a trusted advisor to clients.
- Design and manage hand-off processes to implementation and client success teams.
- Own and deliver on regional plan sales and revenue targets.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in retirement, FinTech, or wealth management.
- Must be based in the Greater Ohio region.
- Consistent track record of managing sales regions and exceeding targets.
- Ability to manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to conversion.
- Strong understanding of retirement plan advisor practices and partnership channels.
- Ability to travel 50-70% of the time.
Nice to have
- Experience selling retirement plan record-keeping and administration.
- Previous coverage of the small and emerging corporate retirement plan market.
- Financial services certifications (e.g., Series 65, Series 7, CFA).
