Location: US Remote (East Coast location preferred).

Compensation: $185,300 – $297,400 USD (based on US location zones).

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and grow a team of 13–14 engineers through structured development plans and a culture of ownership.
  • Define and execute quarterly roadmaps, driving agile ceremonies and ensuring high-quality feature delivery.
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership in architecture, design, and code reviews within a language-agnostic environment.
  • Drive innovation in AI-powered tools, including voice agents, lead identification, and automated call evaluation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, UX, and senior leadership to align on business goals and technical risks.
  • Balance the maintenance of a complex monolith with the development of new, scalable AI-driven features.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in engineering leadership.
  • Proven track record of leading agile teams and delivering complex software results.
  • Strong technical foundation in modern frameworks, with hands-on experience in .NET/C# preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to partner effectively across functional teams.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience with observability tools like Grafana or Datadog.
  • Background in building telephony or contact center products.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML integrations or voice agent technologies.
  • Advanced degree (B.S., M.S., or Ph.D.) in Computer Science or related field.
