• Enhance system reliability and incident management hygiene to reduce customer-facing issues.
• Foster the professional growth, engagement, and motivation of team members.

Requirements

• Proven experience in engineering leadership and people management.
• Ability to maintain a high technical bar while making pragmatic development tradeoffs.
• Must be based in North America.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. (E-Verify participation).
