TL;DR

Senior Solutions Consultant (SaaS): Leading complex pre-sales opportunities and technical validations for enterprise customers with an accent on product expertise, strategic storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on designing tailored solutions, mentoring team members, and driving adoption of modern AI-powered marketing capabilities.

Location: Must be based in New York City (Hybrid role, requires up to 50% travel).

Compensation: $132,000–$200,000 OTE (including bonus/commission).

What you will do

  • Lead complex pre-sales cycles, including discovery, product demonstrations, and technical deep dives.
  • Design and support technical validations and Proof of Values (POVs) to build customer confidence.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Security, and Legal teams to address implementation requirements and risk.
  • Mentor other Solutions Consultants by sharing best practices and providing feedback on deal strategy.
  • Help customers adopt new platform capabilities, including AI-powered features like decisioning and content optimization.
  • Ensure clean handoffs to post-sales teams by aligning on solution scope and success criteria.

Requirements

  • Must be based in New York City or able to work from the office.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to technical and business stakeholders.
  • Experience selling into enterprise accounts with sophisticated evaluation processes.
  • Domain knowledge in at least two areas: AI, SaaS, Mobile, APIs, Marketing Automation, or Data Architecture.
  • Comfortable leading complex sales cycles and navigating ambiguity.
  • Interest in mentoring others and improving team sales processes.
