Location: Must be based in Mexico City (Hybrid model: 8 days per month in office).

What you will do
- Own the full outreach motion including LinkedIn, email, and cold calling to drive new business revenue.
- Conduct high-level discovery calls with senior executives to spark interest in ESG solutions.
- Use consultative questioning to identify high-potential opportunities and qualify leads for Account Executives.
- Research target accounts and map out key decision-makers to align with the ideal customer profile.
- Manage all activity in Salesforce to track performance and ensure consistent quota attainment.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop localized call strategies and messaging.
Requirements
- Full professional proficiency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English is required.
- University degree in a relevant discipline.
- Proactive sales-first mindset with strong resilience and ability to navigate objections.
- Confidence in cold calling and engaging busy decision-makers.
- Familiarity with modern sales stacks including AI tools, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Must be based in Mexico City and able to attend the office 8 days per month.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in Sustainability, ESG, or CSR industries.
- Proven track record of over-performing against sales quotas.
