What you will do

  • Collaborate with the LATAM distributor to cultivate and manage a robust network of resellers in Mexico and MCLA.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new resellers that align with the target market and commercial client needs.
  • Provide training, resources, and support to enable resellers to successfully market and sell hirify.global solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market reach and penetration within the region.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and maintain strong relationships with distributor partners and their key resellers.
  • Own internal and external reporting, participating in business reviews to address KPIs and performance goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in channel sales, specifically in partner recruitment and enablement.
  • Deep knowledge of Mexico's market dynamics, business customs, and regulatory requirements.
  • Familiarity with data analytics, BI, and AI/ML end-to-end automation platforms.
  • Track record of scaling partner ecosystems within the software or tech industry.
  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Must be based in Mexico City, Mexico.

Nice to have

  • Understanding of commercial go-to-market strategies in SaaS.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
