What you will do

  • Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the Mexican market in collaboration with leadership.
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with telecom operators and strategic partners.
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities and complex commercial deals across the region.
  • Drive revenue growth for both new and existing accounts.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Legal, and Customer Success to support launches.
  • Monitor market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive activity within LATAM.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or enterprise/operator sales.
  • Proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Strong experience working with telecommunications operators or large enterprise accounts.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Based in Mexico City for hybrid work.

Nice to have

  • Experience in telecom services, mobile networks, voice, fraud, or security products.
  • Existing professional relationships within the Mexican or LATAM telecom ecosystem.
  • Experience working with SaaS, platforms, or AI-driven products.
  • Exposure to international or multi-market commercial environments.
