What you will do

• Own the full presales cycle from opportunity identification to closing complex cloud, data, and AI deals.
• Design AWS-based solutions (EC2, S3, SageMaker, Bedrock, Redshift, Glue) aligned with business outcomes.
• Lead high-level conversations with CTOs, architects, and executive teams.
• Collaborate on go-to-market execution and develop sales assets including case studies and playbooks.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team in a collaborative and inclusive environment.
• Facilitate the adoption of US cultural and technical processes within the Colombian branch and the NOLA region.

Requirements

• 10-12 years of experience in business development, presales, or solution architecture in the technology sector.
• Proven track record of closing high-value deals in cloud, data, or AI/ML.
• Strong functional knowledge of AWS (EC2, S3, SageMaker, Bedrock, Redshift, Glue, Athena).
• Experience working within or alongside the AWS Partner Network (APN).
• Proficiency in consultative sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger, or SPIN.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) required for international engagement.

• AWS Solutions Architect (Associate or Professional) certification.
