What you will do

• Conduct intake sessions with stakeholders to identify business goals and learning gaps.
• Design and facilitate customized training programs using AI-driven tools and simulations.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations to monitor performance metrics and refine sales strategies.
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales teams to ensure the application of key learnings.
• Integrate AI-powered tools into the enablement process to enhance efficiency and engagement.
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and HR to align enablement initiatives with company vision.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in sales enablement, training, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the Challenger Sale methodology.
• Proficiency in CRM and sales engagement platforms like Salesforce, Outreach, and Highspot.
• Proven track record of leveraging AI tools such as ChatGPT, Azure Open AI, or Microsoft Copilot.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Strong analytical skills for assessing training effectiveness and identifying trends.
