What you will do

• Develop and manage strategic relationships with key partner accounts to ensure their prosperity and success.
• Conduct market analysis and report game performance to inform strategic business decisions and roadmap prioritization.
• Identify and capitalize on business opportunities through upselling and cross-selling of products, features, and content.
• Collaborate with operators to create comprehensive marketing plans and optimize on-site content propositions.
• Lead monthly and quarterly performance reporting, providing actionable recommendations and strategic focus points to customers.
• Handle daily operator issues in coordination with internal support and deliver necessary technical and marketing documentation.

Requirements

• Experience in an iGaming commercial supplier role or a high-growth technology-based industry.
• Proven success in managing large, high-value partner accounts.
• Ability to conduct complex negotiations and deliver confident presentations with gravitas.
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills and experience using metrics for improved business insights.
• Deep understanding of e-gaming legal agreements and technology delivery principles.
• Must be authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis without current or future visa sponsorship.
