Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or relationship-focused roles.
• Must be based in Northern Virginia and willing to travel daily within the territory.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work a non-traditional schedule, including some nights and weekends.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
