Salary: $191,000 - $263,000 (Zone 1)

What you will do

  • Own inbound pipeline generation across inbound leads, marketing-engaged accounts, and product-led demand.
  • Build and maintain the operating model, including forecasting, performance management, and cross-functional SLAs.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the SDR team, defining clear growth paths to AE roles.
  • Establish repeatable processes, playbooks, and onboarding to ensure consistent performance.
  • Partner with Marketing, RevOps, and Product teams to identify funnel friction and improve conversion quality.
  • Integrate modern tooling and AI into the team's workflow to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work from the Boston area (Hybrid role).
  • Proven experience leading an inbound or SDR function in B2B SaaS.
  • Track record of building operating models and cross-functional SLAs from the ground up.
  • Experience developing early-career SDRs into closing roles.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills across marketing, sales, and RevOps.
  • Comfort operating in an evolving GTM motion.
