Compensation: OTE $280K – $300K • Offers Equity • Offers Commission

What you will do

  • Directly manage ramp, development, pipeline, and quotas for a team of Account Executives.
  • Provide live support in discovery, demo, pricing, and closing calls.
  • Coach relentlessly through daily Gong call reviews, weekly deal inspections, and in-moment feedback.
  • Master the product to demo it, integrate releases into sales motions, and stay deeply involved.
  • Leverage AI tools like Claude for automating call reviews, deal prep, forecasting, and workflows.
  • Own team forecasting, pipeline reviews, and operating rhythms for predictable attainment.
  • Hire, interview, and onboard new AEs as the team scales.

Requirements

  • 5+ years quota-crushing as AE in B2B SaaS with top-decile performance.
  • 1–2+ years direct sales leadership managing quota-carrying AE teams and owning team numbers.
  • Technical fluency to deeply understand SaaS data models and teach reps effectively.
  • In-the-trenches coaching style with live call participation and precise feedback.
  • World-class coaching to identify deal-deciding moments from calls.
  • AI-forward: Daily use of Claude or equivalents, building prompts and automations.
  • High-output mindset for fast-moving, high-intensity environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling into or adjacent to SLED/public sector.
  • First or early sales leader at Series A/B company.
  • Built call-review, deal-coaching, or rep enablement systems from scratch.
  • Shipped internal AI tooling used daily by team.
