• Manage a portfolio of high-growth accounts across Meta, X, Reddit, Tik Tok, and Pinterest.
• Test and refine media strategies to optimize CPA, ROAS, and customer acquisition efficiency.
• Analyze performance data to identify patterns and scalable growth opportunities.
• Monitor industry trends and platform algorithm updates to implement best practices.
• Develop biweekly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Execute detailed audits of prospective clients' paid social accounts to support the sales process.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience managing paid social campaigns.
• Deep expertise in Meta, X, Reddit, and Pinterest Ads Managers.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and driving strategic decisions.
• Experience with A/B testing and creative optimization.
