What you will do

• Execute and manage paid media campaigns across search, shopping, display, and social platforms.
• Develop and implement strategies aligned with client business objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Handle tactical tasks including keyword development, audience targeting, and budget management.
• Collaborate with clients ranging from marketing managers to C-level executives.
• Support leadership in new business audits, pitches, and RFP processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of related paid media experience.
• Experience managing campaigns in Google, Microsoft, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and/or Snapchat Ads Managers.
• Hands-on experience managing monthly campaign budgets of $60k+.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and advanced Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.
• Ability to travel for client meetings or business pitches as required.

Nice to have

• Ecommerce industry experience.
• Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications.
• Previous agency experience.
